Embroiderers Guild – Croydon Branch
Embroiderers Guild Croydon Branch
The guild offers talks and workshops on many varied topics of embroidery in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
All levels of ability welcome including those who have little or no experience. Future topics include: back to basics, fabric postcards,indian textiles, pin weaving and much more.
We are a small branch of about thirty members who share an interest in embroidery and enjoy stitching together. We meet twice a month either for a stitch and natter session or a tutored workshop. We are always happy to welcome new members – you definitely don’t need to be an expert, just interested. We also have an additional group which is specifically for beginners or those who are not confident in joining a tutored workshop.

Meets At: United Reformed Church, Brighton Road, Purley, Surrey
1st Saturday of the month 10am-4pm for tutored workshop; 3rd Tuesday of the month 10am-12.30pm for Stitch and Natter meeting;
